Before meets Cottonguru Team she used to do daily household chores, taking care of her 2 children & doing minor stitching work.

She participated in one of Cottonguru Women Empowerment workshops seeing her zeal & potential, Cottonguru started training her in various aspects.

Manjusha who was shy &shaky is now a trained field executive specialising in women welfare workshops & is an expert speaker. Manjusha now financially contributes to her family. Her 2 sons now go to an English Convent school. She also helps her husband there family farm.
