Before meeting Cottonguru Team he used to do daily farming work.

He participated in one of Cottonguru workshops.

Seeing his potential, Cottonguru started grooming him in various aspects like farmer training, Organic Farming, Cotton Grading, Model Gin (Ginning outturn) & Procurement.

Vishal who was an introvert, is now a trained field executive specialising in Organic Farming.

Going ahead, Cottonguru team started training him to do procurement in Cotton, Soya, Chana & other Agri Commodity.  Now he is doing business in Agri Commodity and get extra income.
